| TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator) is a crystal controlled oscillator which has additional circuitry to compensate for the normal frequency/ temperature characteristic of a crystal. This compensation circuitry minimizes frequency variation due to temperature and provides a stable output frequency vs. temperature. TXCO's are typically used as reference oscillators. | |||||
